		Roz Cohen has been with the agency since its establishment in 1979. Her responsibilities include financial and administrative management and information technology for the company.
		Ilka Hurman is the agency's office manager. She is responsible primarily for the maintenance and servicing of all group benefit programs and is involved in both the installation and after sales service of these plans. She has experience in all facets of the agency's business since 1982.
		Trisha Harrison is the senior coordinator and marketing assistant for all individual insurance. She handles the marketing of all life insurance and living benefits products, coordinates large case underwriting and manages new business and client service functions. Trisha is a graduate with distinction from the University of Toronto with an Honours BA.
		Pat Zagar is responsible for the administration of all individual investments and individual health care and travel programs of the agency. Her background is in banking and investment products. You will recognize Pat by her warm and friendly response when you call our office.
		Grace Duckworth is the New Business Administrator responsible for the processing of individual insurance applications and policy service. Grace has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and has gained substantial insurance industry experience prior to joining our office. She is invaluable in making certain that service to our clients is at the highest level.
